Got my order from Orchids.com today..Phal. Chih Shiang Stripes 'Marginata'
I got my order today from orchids.com and I am VERY pleased with the plants that they sent me. I only got one Phalaenopsis and the other 2 are Cattleyas. The Phal I got is called Phal. Chih Shiang Stripes 'Marginata' (Phal. Modern Stripes x Phal. Matou Freed). It is the one with the variegated leaves. I love it! I am going to try to post some pics of it. Hope it works.

This looks to be potted in moss, but I didn't pull it all out and inspect it good but should I repot it in bark?

Beautiful, Angel.
Norman's sphag wrap is very tight--lots and lots of sphag in there, in a tight plastic sleeve. I don't think it's the best stuff to grow phals on in.
I repot all new plants, gives me a look at the roots, and puts it into something I know how to water.

Thanks, that is what I figured. I am going to try to find clear pots for them and put them all in the bark mix. I know the moss holds alot more water and I can see me over watering then.
