I would absolutely hate to have ruined it for you . I thought about not mentioning the spotting, sometimes I'm a little too honest.

Personally, I like unique little quirks like that. I only mentioned because you asked in terms of judging.

i'm now too excited to see mine spike. i have a few matured plants acquired a couple of months ago and several root keiki i got from my vacation to our province in an island in the philippines.

Mine has finally started really taking off after being cleaned up and repotted this early spring- real sulkers, these guys. My favorite species Phal though! Beautiful plant.

Just wondered- have you detected any scent? IOSPE says they should be fragrant.

Wow! Just beautiful! How big was the plant when you got it last year? It is stunning! Nice growing!
