Default Phal. equestris peloric!

I bought this plant about 8 months ago, hoping to have a nice second equestris. I really like equestris. So I've been watching it develop its two spikes quite anxiously. Today I got a good look at the first bloom, and to my surprise it is peloric! I absolutely love it, and hope and pray that it blooms peloric in the future, rather than reverting. Take a look:

Whoa! That's pretty intense looking, John! Very cool! That equestris lip sure is pretty. Why not have more than one?

I love pelorics too and this one is definitely, cool. The pink is so vibrant, so pretty. I didn't know until recently that Phals can revert back from peloric to 'normal'....used to think, once peloric, always peloric. I have an interesting Phal. that's blooming now, 2 spikes and one spike is blooming peloric and the other spike, isn't. Go figure.

I can see why this is your favorite. Enjoy!

I love it!! It's a prefect peloric, you can hardly tell which lip is the real one!! I really hope that it will stay peloric in the next blooming, because it's so pretty this way! I want one!!
