I bought this in bud about three weeks ago, and it is really slow to open up, but it is about as peloric as you can get, I think. It's a small plant, and the blossom is about and inch and a half across. Kind of cool.

OOOO, gimme, gimme, I love it, but I'm partial to peloric orchids. And when it comes to orchids, I tend to forget the manners mum tried to instill in me

The very essence of "bright eyed and bushy-tailed". I think it's winking at me

A very nice peloric, indeed...I'd love to have one, too! Where did you purchase this plant and about how much did it cost, if you don't mind?

Thanks guys. Howard, I got it from Orchids.com. They're a bit pricey, especially shipping, but what the hey, I wanted it. Here's a link.Orchids.com featured orchid supplier in Fortune (SBE)

How beautiful, kind of reminds me of spring....or maybe I'm just overwhelmed with cabin fever with 12" of snow predicted for today.
