Lookin good!! Just keep on doing what you're doing.
A phal that size can throw out 2 even 3 spikes.

Thanks Rosie and Gloria!
Now I have a wee problem with the spike. Its under lights, and getting very tall. Problem is, its creeping under the hood, and i know you aren't supposed to move it much? What do I do? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
sincerly, Fiona

Move it to the windowsill in a humid bathroom while it blooms? Put it on the floor next to the lights while it blooms? Tall spikes (and this one will get much taller) are hard to deal with under lights.

i put mine on the floor on a paintcan next to the lights. try to orient the plant exactly the same way it was under the lights. this will make sure that the buds are all facing the same general direction.
