plastic pot thats pliable almost like thick weather stripping?

I have a phal which is my best growing in moss and has a pot which is like the thick pliable weather stripping you put on your windows.

I have googled it and of course just get typical plastic containers. Any idea what it's called and where I can get it?

Any help in advance would be helpful.
