My newest phal. NOID baby!
I don't know why I keep buying these NOIDs - She was just such a beauty I couldn't pass her up! - I have a weak spot for the reds and oranges....

That's why! You answered your own question!
Nice flower, and in my Phal days, I would have jumped on this one myself. Not so much nowadays.

Who cares if they're NOIDs? The important thing is that we like them! I love your newest purchase, that it definitely a phal I would like to have!

Hi Ethan
This looks just like my Phal that was in another thread Orchid Board - Most Complete Orchid Forum on the web ! > STYLES, SETUPS & ENCLOSURES > Orchids in Bloom Phalenopsis Noid blooming like crazy!
Hope I've entered that correctly. If you read that you will see the suggestions made for its name.
I too am finding it hard to resist these yellow ones, I have three so far, but all different size flowers. The one like yours is large then i have one medium and one small. No names for any of them but hey who cares?
Happy growing
Regards

You can't walk away from an orchid that is calling you, that's just wrong . A no-id or an id, no matter they all need our addictive love, nice growing

I still say yours is quite different. Its missing all the venation patterns on the petals and sepals. The colors on the lips are different too.

I just love that NOID. I have pretty much the same one! I totally understand about not being able to pass it up!! I just love the veining! Mine has 2 blooming spikes and is heavy with flowers. No way could I walk away without her in my hands!!! Thanks to Tindomul, maybe we have a name for our NOID's! Good Job and happy growing!!!
