I think this flower could be the last bloom of this year. The other one of coerulea type has dropped its spike and had a new leaf. Now it is time to grow new leaf. As you see from the crown.
The last one is always the most beautiful
Thank you for bringing the fragarnce all this summer and autumn.

All my Cats are starting to bloom now..... and i have many Vandas that are doing sooooo nicely too. I'm never short of flowers thank goodness. I'd get a bit worried if i didn't have any flowers i think.

Edward,

That's a beautiful violacea...thanks for sharing it with us!

I've not had very good luck with these guys (violacea), so I'll just have to enjoy yours for now.

Thanks for your replies, however, I am not good at growing Vandas. It is cold and dry now, my Vandas are suffering.
Next seaon could be some blooms among my P. aphrodite and dends. I am very happy to see some spikes growing. In fact, I missed some phal species last season, but it is still a long way to go with my Vandas.
