Phal. Taida Sunshine, interesting bloom
Phal.Taida Sunshine (Phal. equestris 'Martel's Blue x Phal. tetraspis alba).
I purchased this beautiful plant from Sapphire Dragon orchids in spike and here is the beautiful bloom.
On a lighter note, take a close look at the flower, to me it looks like an alien female dressed for a formal evening, it even has a light perfume in the evening.

That is beautiful Luckygrower! I love the purple lip and spots! Well done.
I wasn't thinking alien when I looked at that second photo...I actually thought that it looked kind of like an angel. Ummm...I think that there is a line of thought our there in Sc-Fi land that angels are aliens...does that fit?

Nice flower. The color is great and so is the shape - especially for a primary equestris hybrid.

Gorgeous Phal! I love it. The spots and the lip just take it over the top for me. Not to mention the color.
