The widespread species has many varieties and most of them has been grown by orchid lovers.
This is one of my Dor. pulcherrima that bloomed these days. The bloom is smaller but has good color and attractive blue lip.

I think that it's beautiful! The colors seem more vibrant than what I've seen in others from this species. Thanks for the post!

It's so pretty, and I love the tinge of purple on the lip! I have one of these as well, but the purple version (normally). I can't wait to see it bloom.

The plant was imported with other common purple ones. I picked it also due to its lovely colors.
