I like it! P. amabilis is my favorite, I collect many variants of this species.
Have you seen any variant from Batan islands in your country? I am very curious about this.

I think you just helped me identify one of my phals! I got one a couple of weeks ago that looks super similar to your pic... the blooms are bigger and they have a wee bit more yellow in em, but other than that they are identical. I heart this forum!

thanks for your comments/replies..edwardwang i think i have seen the bataan variant of this plant, i think my neighbor has it, ill try to get pictures if i get the chance

As you know, Bataan islands is very close to Taiwan, I think through this variant can show us some messages.

I think I can appreciate more the different variants of this particular species.

If you don't mind my asking, where is the origin of your amabilis? Any particular place or island?

Unlike yours which has a beautiful purplish line on the inner lips, I also have an amabilis blooming with dots instead. Mine is a variant from Java island, Indonesia.
