Thanks D! Yet another one sitting on my Big Leaf wishlist. Penang Girl 'Chin Yo' is similar though it is violacea x venosa. This one is on my wish list too!

I have seen quite a few Penang Girls but not as color intense as this cultivar ..
Go 'Chin Yo' !

Interesting note on the Panang Girl - "Recommend for experienced grower due to influence of two species parents that may take longer to get established indoor than in the greenhouse (where it is more humid)."

Yeah, I saw that too D. It's the venosa. It's a very slow starter as a seedling. That's partly why Baldans new crosses are taking forever to get big enough to sell. They both have venosa as a parent.
