Recently I got some eq. in bloom. The first one is from Fuga with oringe lip.
All the flowers gather together look very properous.
If this plant can be grown stronger.I think the number of flowers can be more and more.
The second one is nearly pure white with dark purple lip.
At firt I thougt it could be intermedia, but now I think it
still could be P.eq. and maybe from Samar.
How do you think?

Edward your equestris are very nice. I love the orange lip! It's gorgeous!

I've been wondering how to keep more flowers on the spike at once also. Mine is doing better this year than last. It's able to hold about 7 blooms at once before it drops some. It has developed a fairly extensive root system. I was thinking about moving it to a larger pot since it seems pretty crowded in it's current pot. I'm not sure if that would help with the flower count or not.

The other way I think is grow more pikes!
This morning I found some new extensions(or branch?) from the pike.
If they can be in bloom at the same time, it must be very exciting!
