O.K. Doc, pack up that hammer and nail gun and ship it to Maine. (I don't think the airlines will let it through) Then get yourself on a plane and get yourself here!! My sunroom has four walls, rafters, holes for windows and a tarp over the roof. If it EVER stops raining here it might get done by the time snow flies!

OK, Doc, enough's enough! I'm throwing down the gauntlet. Me and my Autocad can have the drawings together this week. I have a south-facing wall we can bust out. Nearly everything's in place. Once the living room is back together at my place the throw-down begins (I watch Bobby Flay) - me and my AutoCad against you and your hammer(s). OK, how about just a visit?

Maybe we could discuss the project?

For real: Yes, but don't think you can handle sheetrock any better than I can..........that's where the project will stop as my carpenter only builds, he doesn't do 'finish work'...
