Ross, I was thinking I could put something on top of my garage...then I could just go out there from the bedroom....geezzzz I could put my bed out there, too...the other half wouldn't mind....or would she....better ask!!!!!!

Seriously (don't ask) I have thought of two scenarios: 1st is orchid room over my family room. This is easily done but what about the water drippage?  2nd is an extension to house that has a full basement. Drippage is easy this way, but how do I afford it?  |
