Any tips and other info on this little beauty?
I have about 60-70 orchids but I'm a rank beginner on their care. Most of my older ones have survived through luck and blind ignorance but now I have the time to really take good care of them. I've also really developed an interest in mini's lately, especially mounted plants.
Thanks

Hi Wimpy,
I see you haven't posted to often to the board so maybe no one has welcomed you. Let me do so know with a hearty
.
I have two P. equestris, (What IS the plural, ii ?) both mounted, one has just finished blooming, the other is a bit to young. Anyway, they both do fine. I have one on cork and another in moss on a special mount that I'll be showing pictures of soon. I also have several hybrid forms of P. equestris, all mounted on cork with S moss.
Glad you found the info on not cutting the spike!!!
