Foliar feeding is spraying the leaves with a fertilizer so that the fertilizer absorbs through the leaves rather than through the roots. Nothing to blush for not knowing!

Cam, By foliar feeding the plant with super-thrive ( 1 drop to 1 gallon water ) or a good seaweed fertilizer you will find that the plant will usually find the energy to complete the growth. However make sure you do this in the early morning , I also add a wetter to the spray ,as this this gives the plant more time to absorb the nutrients also only foliar feed on a nice warm day.
