I’m I growing a new crown???

Hello! I have Phal doing something weird and cool! I’m not really sure what it’s doing. In the middle of the leaves are what look like new leaves growing? I’ve attached a picture. Anyone know what’s happening?

This is normal. Many Phals. produce clusters of leaf rosettes from the base. Eventually you may wind up with a large clump producing an amazing number of flower spikes.
