Thumbs up Happy Phal 'Happy Stream'

my 1st attempt to "waterfall" an inflorescence. It looks fine. Just needed more flowers. This hybrid is well known for producing spikes that are very long, up to 30 plus inches.

I need to try another one now and make it more better.

thanks for looking !!

Very pretty!
I like the way the graceful way the spikes arch. I prefer it to the spikes being straight.

It did change pots today. Its no illusion

You cant do the waterfall with all the Phals. The stems are either too short or plump and rigid. You try to bend them they will break and you will be sad. You can model them some, but most buds/flowers won't take much manual manipulation before they give in and snap.

Have to start early also so you aren't fiddling around too much with trying to set the stakes while the plants start to bud. They get bumped and knocked off real easy.

Flowers making Eye Candy is good for the body and doesn't rot the teeth..
