I just wanted to chime in with my two cents.

Big Leaf Orchids is a great vendor. Plants are of select quality, and priced accordingly. Peter is a friendly guy. I just wish I had more cash to spend there.

I'm not big on most phals, but ordered a few from BL last year, as gifts. And all the plants were in great health, had amazing root systems, and fresh media.

hes only a few hundred miles from me might make me a little afternoon drive Texas style , to Southlake. His mounted big leaf phals are gorgeous plants and scare me to death at the price of some of them. Im sure you cant get them to many other places .His pelorics are great looking plants and of course expensive > I am finding that expensive does mean a better plant IMO. honored to have you in Texas mr lin and I think the great looking mega noid phals at the high end shop here in town have to be coming from him.

I have tried two times to get membership in Peter Lins Phalaenopsis forum, but it doesn't work. Don't know why, no response from admins, just nothing.... Inactive or doing some work on the place?

Fernando, I'm surprised actaully. I just got membership about a week ago. Did you send Peter and email? There is a link somewhere on the forum page. It's a bit annoying, but I'm sure it cuts down on spam a whole bunch.

In the past I have seen email outside of US filtered before. Filtered email can be from my mail server, or software on my computer.
