According to OrchidRoots, it should be Phal Chiada Francis (=Phalaenopsis I-Hsin Sunflower × Phalaenopsis Taisuco Firebird ), registered in 2006 by Nat.Chiayi University.
However, I discovered that a Dutch breeder got a patent on Phal Papagayo in 2012 (how they did that is another issue, plants are difficult to patent in the EU) US20140090127P1 - Phalaenopsis orchid plant named 'PAPAGAYO'
- Google Patents and the parents are listed as King Shiang's Rose x King Shiang's Star, mutant B. I don't see how they could get the patent seeing as the RHS registration predates the patent application, and so removing the novelty aspect.

Wow! Didn't think that could happen. Is there anyone who could/should be contacted to see if there is more to the story?
