Collecting orchids from the wild is strictly regulated all over the world (ok, some countries do not control ir or just don't give a S to the regulations

) and should not be done without collection Permits. Furthermore, trade of wild species should not be done without the required permits either (e.g. CITES -for all orchids!!!!)
And I think it is also the responsibilty of all orchids/plants/nature hobbyists to take care of that and put all efforts to keep to the rules and protect the wild populations...
Think about it guys!!! I have read in several threads here of people collecting plants from the wild in Asia and Latin America... and this comes everytime more and more often here...
