Which insect is in my Phal?
Question Which insect is in my Phal?
Please I need help, everytime I water my Phal I see this tiny insects running all over my orchid. They are white almost see through I don't think it is a mealybug because it is smaller and I don't see any fluffy cottony material.

On the leave there is this white hard surface glue to it.

Are they dangerous to my orchid? What to buy to get rid off and where?
