Which insect is in my Phal?

Please I need help, everytime I water my Phal I see this tiny insects running all over my orchid. They are white almost see through I don't think it is a mealybug because it is smaller and I don't see any fluffy cottony material.

On the leave there is this white hard surface glue to it.

Are they dangerous to my orchid? What to buy to get rid off and where?

I can't see well enough to recognize them. How fast do they move?

They're really fast. I read in different thread the name of mold mites. Is that what it is? How you get rid of it?

I am getting a new spike and don't want to interrupt the growth

Hi Nena, I have the same little bugs on mine. They seem to appear after watering. From what I read, they are called Soil Mites and they are pretty common. They actually eat fungi and shouldn't attack your orchid. Hope this helps.
