Phal leaf issues

My Phals have leaf issues, any suggestions? The only suggestion is I’m using water which temperature is too cold in relation to the growing conditions. I grow under lights and use rain water

I'd try to water early in the day with warmer water and allow leaves to dry in a warm spot out of sunlight. And as I'm sure you know to keep water out of the crown. Pointed rolled up paper towels are great for this.

It does look like a water temperature issue. The spots won't go away, but new growth should be free of them.
