Edit : I agree with Roberta, it's not super clear what hybrid means in this context.
The way I understand things, it just means it's an indigo form crossed with a sibling; so color isn't known in advance.

Indigo forms that originate from HP Norton are usually cloned to ensure a deep blue.

In the plant breeding world this simply indicates that the population is the result of the cross between two parental lines, and in this case is heterzygous in terms of color. I would guess that the parents were of different colors, so the resulting offspring will have variations in color.

Check out the website Hausermann Orchids. Not sure how far you live so how the shipping would do with it being cold in our region. I live just a couple hours away so they over night them with a heat pack for me. I just recently purchased a violacea from them. This is the best and most reliable source for orchids I can find at good prices with a massive selection.

I got the Hauserman Phal Violacea var Indigo a couple months ago and it is in bud already so I will let y'all know
