It's not in perfect condition but it isn't anything you can't fix with good plant care.
Whether it was too cold temps that caused the damage is hard to tell but it most likely was. It could be a nutrient deficiency but that is less likely.
Overall it looks in good shape and should grow healthy leaves in future under your care. Try to water it rain water, not tap water. Do you have fertilizer you can feed it?
It might have been stressed recently and could drop it's flowers as a results but middle of winter is never a good time to buy orchids so just get it through winter and it should start growing well in spring.
Keep the substrate dryish in winter but not bone dry, excessive dryness can cause leaf damage too. In Spring you can start watering more regularly
