That hybrid was registered some 40 years ago. I think the likelihood of finding one commercially available is slim.

I've had a specimen for almost 20 years, but it's in serious decline. If anyone has a lead, I'd be willing to chase it down.

It should be possible to rescue your plant. They don't have fixed lifespans. I don't know how much experience you have. There is a thread here dealing with Phalaenopsis care. From the left yellow menu choose Forums, then Beginners. Near the top look for The Phal abuse stops here.

Does your plant have any green flowering stalks? You might be able to do stem propagation. It's somewhat involved but it can form a new plant from a bract on a flower stem. You can search online for an explanation.
