I think I have a really happy plant I want to make a seed pod

So I bought my wife a orchid for Valentine's day. It's still blooming and producing new flowers on the two spikes it came with. It's shooting two more spikes up right now. One is about 11 inches the other is about 4 both are actively growing . I have another a phalaenopsis in bloom and I pollinated the one with four spikes will a seed pod be too much for this plant to handle.It has a very healthy root system the leaves look healthy. I understand the concept of growing orchid seeds in a flask. I grew mushrooms very successfully for a couple years so I think growing orchids from seed would be a fun challenge
