I can vouch for them. Never bought any Phal flasks from them, but I've bought flasks of Cattleya and Catasetum types. The flasks come in plastic deli containers, about 15-25 decently sized seedlings, not the largest, but pretty standard size. I personally find their website annoying to work through though. There are tons of outdated categories with out of stock listings. Their "flask" category is one of the better maintained, but alphabetically sorted twice (it goes through A-Z, then starts back at A-Z again). It's probably easiest to type "flask" into the search bar and go from there.
Marni Turkel and
Troy Meyers sometimes have Phal flasks as well, but if you buy from them you're going to have to wait an arbitrary number of weeks/months for them to get ready.
