Hello.
I have this orchid plant for almost two years now and it did not grow any flower spikes for more a year
Today i realised that there are some changes
Can any one tell me is that an flower spike or some new roots.
Thanks in advance
the most likely culprit is inadequate light, but there are other possibilities; it all depends on your conditions. can you tell us a bit more about how you grow your plants? an image of the leaves would be helpful, too.
Good light and a period of two weeks where the average temperature is 10 degrees below average, should get you flowers if the plant is healthy. A lot of plants may take a year or so to “recover” after purchase so them skipping a year is not unusual even if conditions are good.

I attached images of the room . Im in a sunny place so the plant is exposed to indirect light for 8 to 9 hours per day
So can any one an tell me if the light level is correct
From a photo, no.
It would be guesswork.
Why not measure the level yourself. Google your orchids preferred light level, then use your phone camera to measure the light. You can find how to do that online too. Measure several times through the day as orchids like long daylight.
I think it might need more light. I've got my Phals growing on a bright windowsill, they get about 3 hrs of direct light in the early morning, then very bright (but not direct light) the rest of the day. They are about 20cm from the window and they bloom reliably each year.
