Default My LEd setup - for now.

The pic is a bit dark, but this works just fine for me. The light has 10-15.00 lux which is fine for my paphs.
I'm making some reflector plates, covered with a silverfoil to be at the end of each shelf, and ordered some foilcovered bubbleplast. I've bought lamps to make two more shelves, and that will have to be it. Each shelf has two 30w LED floodlights. they are 90 x 45cm

Looks great! I am still using fluorescent lights but, maybe one day, I will make the change to LED's.

This year, to increase the brightness, I bought those cheap emergency reflective 'blankets'. They really do a great job and were easy to use. You can find them cheaper in a shop that sells camping/outdoor equipment but this an example so you can see to what I am referring:

Amazon.com : Dukal Heat Reflective Emergency Blanket/Survival blanket : Emergency Camping Blankets : Sports & Outdoors

You're actually better off with bright white, flat or eggshell paint than with a reflective surface.

Light hitting a mirror reflects off of it at the same angle as it hit it - in other words, light hitting it from above will be reflected to the floor.

If, on the other hand, the walls are white, the light is absorbed and dispersed in all directions, so more of it will hit the plants.
