Default ACKE LED Grow Lights...

I just bought 4 of these little guys to put on my new plant shelves. They were cheap so I thought "what the heck, i'll give them a try" without doing any research, but now i'm paranoid I made a mistake...

How well would phalaenopsis orchids do under these? I know nothing about LED lights so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you put it close enough to the leaf (guessing 6"-10"?), the plant will grow. It is pretty expensive, and house-hold LED BR40 or PAR38 bulbs would be probably more efficient and cheaper (no specs there, so this is a guess).
