Very small LED or CFL grow light?

The only heating elements allowed are those in coffee pots, and I was told that it's because otherwise "there would be a riot". No heated scent things, no matches, no candles lit or otherwise. Overzealous fire marshal being very certain that none of 50,000 students set any of the really old buildings on fire.

(there's nothing that says I can't put a few drops of essential oil in the bottom of a coffee pot and run hot water into it, though, that should have a similar effect)
