T5 question

I have 2 shelves with 29cm depth and 75 length,high of 60cm and 88cm. I grow palnopsis and oncidiums. I bought today 2 t5 bulbs 58cm more or less for plant spectrum . They say no more then 8 bulb per shelf. How many bulbs should I put, and how far up from the plant.
