I'm curious about the long white tube with holes - is it part of a humidifier setup?

Yes indeed, the pipe is connected with an ultrasonic humidifier which is connected to a hygrostat.

I think I got the idea from Humidity

Sorry I can't help with the light level question, but your set up looks great!

Thank you Orion, and I think I got it now with the right level of light. I've been lifting the light fixture a few inches recently for a slightly better spread and I changed the power to 90Watt to correct the small loss.

For the light setup a big thanks to Naoki and Nexogen , it wasn't easy to choose from a million different LEDs without any experience.

I could have used a passive heatsink for the LEDs but this active one I used was much cheaper for me and it works perfect on 5V using 3.4Watt (less than €3,- a year running 12 hours a day)
