T5HO tripping the circuit breaker

My hubby bought my Hydrofarm Envirogro fixtures on Amazon. Two sets from a hydroponics store with high ratings and one set directly from Amazon. They all came in perfect condition. Hydrofarm does seem to have a very good reputation. Good luck!
