Default Full spectrum CFL in aquarium

So my recent acquisition of some primary and species phals has lead me down the path of increasing my humidity. I got a small aquarium to put about 5 or 6 plants in and i put the whole thing under my 4 ft x 4 bulb HO T5, about 24 inches underneath. Boosted my humidity from 20% to 55%. I know, still seems wimpy, but please remember that I am in Colorado.

But I want more room under the T5s for other orchids so I have 2 full spectrum CFL 6500k twisty lights in the 12" silver lamps directly over the aquarium about 8 inches from the leaves.

Do you think this is enough light? Too much?

Oh, and this is what is in the tank:
Phal tetrapsis
Sedirea japonica
Phal Hiroshima Tetratris (speciosa x equestris)
Phal luedde x tetrapsis
Phal mariae x speciosa
Phal amabilis

I would think that Phals would be fine 24" away from your T5 fixture without supplementation.

I have had my phals under the t5 for about a year but am trying to make more room under those lights for other things. My question has to do with cfls and distance needed. I also was wondering about species light requirements for phals. Thank you for responding!
