I managed to squeeze 2 48"X18"X76" racks into a 48"X48"X79" tent. I did have to set the legs of the rack onto the bottom crossmembers of the tent but it doesn't seem to be an issue. I've had it set up for approx. 4-5 weeks and I couldn't be more pleased(the plants are even happier than I am). I have the white racks and am seeing only spotty rusting which may have already been there. If it becomes a problem I'll probably give them a coat of marine paint which should resist corrosion. I think if you have chrome racks they would be more prone to rust.

Ah marine paint is a good option. I'll have to remember that.

So here are some updated pics:

Sadly you can barely see it because this forum apparently doesn't allow larger photos than thumbnails.

Update on the grow tent.... Still tweaking and changing things around. I added a third bench and so a third light as well. I now have twenty t5 bulbs running in this thing and wow does it heat up! It's also insanely bright in this thing now. It's kinda crazy.

Wait...what did you warn me about? It being crazy or the heat?

The issue I'm having now is that I can vent the excess heat but my benches are segregating the cool moist air under the benches and the hot dry air above the racks where the plants are. I need to grab some fans to mix things up, literally.

Yeah I have some work to do now... I have to figure out how I'm going to get better circ in this room now that I have three benches blocking the humidity from moving throughout the tent.

I have the fans on the right side angled slightly towards the side wall blowing from the door towards the back wall and the fans on the left side blowing from the back wall towards the door. It gives a nice circular motion to the air.
With the lights, humidifier and fans the utility company is loving me.
