Lighting opinions needed!

I was hoping someone could help me out with my newly developed plan! Terri posted a link to this great stand she just purchased 5-Tier White Shelf. I was interested in getting one too and putting some lights on it. I was thinking of putting it in my spare room against a wall and not by a window. My question is, how many 4ft T-5's should I get for each shelf? I know I won't know for sure how bright it will be until I try it but was hoping for some general guideline. I was thinking 2 per shelf but really I am just guessing. I grow mostly phals but I also have some paphs, phrags, onc., and just a couple catts. Thanks in advance!
