Question need help on what light I should get

Hi

I will be moving soon and when I do I plan on putting my plants in the basement they will get a little bit of light from a north window but that is it. So I thought I would put them under artificial lights, heres the thing I went to repotme.com and they had one but I want something a bit bigger so I looked on first rays and thay had alot of lights but I dont know what one I should get.

I am thinking of moving my plants onto shelves so if any of you know what one would work best let me know

The wire shelving units you can get at any big box store work well. They have 5 shelves, you'll wind up using 2 or 3, and are 4 ft long, 18 in wide and about 6 ft tall. A 4 ft Hydrofarm T5HO 4 bulb unit fits perfectly.
I have 2 units backed to each other and wrapped them in plastic sheeting for hreating and humidity control.
If you are handy at all, First Rays new LED bulb can be rigged up with 2 per shelf. They would be less expensive than the Hydrofarm unit and use less electricity.
The Hyrdofarms actually work out well for me because my basement is unheated. 2 of them, along with 2 2 bulb T8's bring the temps up to approx 78F in winter when they are on.
