Default light intensity of compact fluorescents
Hi there,

does anybody have experience about the light intensity of 36w compact fluorescents?
I got a 36w Dulux L with 2900lm and I'm wondering how high should i place it above my 4 Aerangis? I think 2900lm sounds quite right for semi-shade orchids but considering that the same light can be used to terrariums up to 4' high i'm thinking their intensity might be a little excessive if the plants are sitting righ underneath the tube?
