I got my 3' t5 fixtures from home depot as well. What I have is not HO, so I'm not sure what you have but I wouldn't imagine they sell HO fixtures at HD. Anyhow, I got my 6500k bulbs very cheap from buylighting.com. Word of warning, don't put HO bulbs in a NO (normal output) fixture. I'm no electrician, but I can tell you that the first bulbs I got from an aquarium supply website were HO, and they died after 8 months or so. Good luck to you!
