Default Would this type of light suit my needs?

Since the bulk of my plants are in my kitchen window, do you think the following item would be the right size if I want to keep the light 2 - 3 feet above my plants? My window is around 5 feet wide. I want LED's even though the initial cost is higher but this type of lighting would last me until I'm planted.

The LED lights should work good for you. I would make sure to get the full spectrum bulbs.

Yes, It's the full spec that I'll go for. Hopefully I wont need a bigger size.
