Are T5 lights too strong for some orchids?

My orchids are under T12 lights (4 bulb fixture), and I'm now setting up shelves with T5 lights (HO grow light 4 bulb fixture). I know the vanda and catts should be under T5, but I'm not sure which other orchids should be moved under the T5 lights. There are 3 different levels of movable shelves under the T5 lights. Can someone help me, please. I have phals, paphs, psychopsis, brassavola, mazdevallia, stanhopea, and angraecum didieri.
