I'm sure they will be fine. You just have to tuck them in like a little kid and give them the care they need.

Thats frustrating. I had to stare at the ribs of my greenhouse for an entire winter before I could get the polycarbonate on it and run the gas/electric out to it. Good thing you have a nice growing area.

Probably you can put them in the greenhouse earlier than you would put them outside anyway...
What is that grid that you use to hang mounts??
I would like to get one or two to hang on the upper part of my windows so I get good light and I can keep most mounts together and take them up and down at once

Wow! I am very thankful to be living in Florida and not have to go through all that for the winter. Do you run grow lights all winter, guess that runs up the electric too. Make me feel like I'm loafing. You are a devoted Orchid orchidoholic!

Thanks CTB i love my orchids and the cost of lighting isn't much differant then the cost of cooling a greenhouse so its about equal. I just wish it would have worked out this winter but maybe its for a reason were suposed to have a hell of one this winter uuuuuu i don't won't to ever think frost yet but i will live and so will the orchids . Maybe even more will come to live with me for the winter who knows.

Keep everybody warm, when I think of NE, I remember on the news seeing piles of snow and the cattle starving in the fields. Hope its not that bad again.
Or hopefully its a little warmer in your parts.

I am a beginner and I don't think I have seen that many orchids in one spot. So WOW!

I grow my orchids in my home. I bet they will be fine.
