Default Lighting times for leafless species

I have several all leafless species. Den.l and b + many Chilochistas. All are current indoor lighting. How much off time should I set on the timer? Also some Micro species sorry to meantion!
Thanks,

I don't grow a lot under lights, but I have heard that 14 hours on is typical.

If you wanted to get more specific, wouldn't a good starting place be to see where the plants occur naturally, and consider the impact of latitude on day length?
