Default Botanical LED lighting question
I have grow lights from Botanical LED. I ordered a new power cord and their website said that the one I ordered would work with their non hooded lights. It works with my 24 inch low light lights but will not work with my 35 inch lights.....see pics. Does anyone have the hooded lights and can let me see the power cord connector?

I have attempted to contact them. It's been over a week and I have yet to hear back from them.

The connectors are the same on both sides.

Just an update, I got ahold of him and he is sending the correct cords for me. Thanks!!!
