My first multi-orchid mount

trying out multiple orchids on a single mount. These orchids have somewhat different requirements,but hopefully the careful placement of sphagnum and the natural ridges in the mount will keep the conditions right for each species:


List of plants on this mount (all blooming size):
Dresslerella caesariata (this one might be a little too big to go with the others, so I'll probably remove it)
Platystele umbellata
Platystele ortiziana
Schoenorchis fragrans
Reichenbachianthus reflexus
Stelis pusilla
Porpax lanii (4 plants)
Leptotes pauloensis
Dendrobium lamyaiae
Maxillaria minuta
Angraecum distichum
Nageliella purpurea
Angraecum sedifolium
total 16 plants (13 species)

I have an x-large piece of cork and have been thinking what to do with it.
Are you going to hang yours up ? My issue is the space it would take across the rack and how difficult it would be to move from season to season to optimise conditions. But I do like the idea of a single mount for a lot of species.....if I could keep it outdoors year round, I would do this in a flash.

That is a great set-up, nicely positioned and neat mounting....are you planning on putting it inside a fishtank or terrarium? It will save you all the tedious spraying and watering

no, I'm just keeping it outside, in a fairly shady place.
