HI Izzie, I've had a have a phal schilleriana for 3 years, it has flowered the past 2 yrs and not this one. I nearly killed it - it was planted in mostly bark. I was down to 2 leaves and 1 root. I soaked in KLN and decided to mount it in a hollow piece of driftwood. I filled the hollow part of the wood with sphag and coco. choir. This was beg. august. It now has 2 new leaves and a few more roots (I have not taken out of mount to check) but can see 3 green tips plus, the original root grows on a weekly basis. I water every 2/3 days as soon as the sphag gets crunchy & she seems to like it.
